You can cancel your subscription at anytime through your Purepower Cycle account before your next billing date.
Your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period..

RESERVATION POLICIES:

You can book your classes in advance through your Purepower Cycle account up to six (6) days before.
You can cancel a class reservation and return it to your account up to three (3) hours before the class time.
If you don’t cancel your class and you don't show up, you will be charged $10, and the class will not be returned.
If you cancel late, you will be charged $5, and the class will not be returned.
